Answering a housing need
The site was originally a single-dwelling lot and was rezoned to a multi-residential designation with the support of the City of Chatham. The project responds directly to the growing need for accessible, energy-efficient rental housing.
Scope of work
New construction under the CMHC MLI program, including multi-residential planning, accessible features, energy-efficient design strategies and support through the construction phase.
