Waterloo, ON
A state-of-the-art dental facility in Waterloo, built from the ground up for top-quality care in a modern, patient-friendly setting.
From the ground up
UBCS delivered the clinic as a full ground-up build, bringing together modern architectural elements with the infrastructure needed for current dental technology. Treatment rooms, reception and waiting areas, and administrative offices were planned together so the building works as one system.
Inside and out
Patient comfort shaped the interior, while landscaping and exterior improvements give the clinic a strong presence on King Street. Careful planning met both the aesthetic and operational requirements, and the project was completed on schedule.
